Died c. 560. Son of Cayrill, Daig was a disciple of Saint Finian. As
Irish bishop of Iniskin (Inis Cain Dega) he founded and governed a
monastery. The Book of Leinster makes him
one of the Three Master
Craftsmen of Ireland
