St. Humbert of the East Angles, Bishop & Martyr

Died 855 (?) (more likely 870). Saint Humbert crowned Saint Edmund (f.d. November 8) king on Christmas Day in 855. Like his secular lord, Saint Humbert was martyred at the hands of the invading Danes (Husenbeth).
